This allows you to be more authentic and real, true to thyself, with peace of mind and inner calm. Living by your core values acts as an internal compass as your trael down the river of life. They act as a solid foundation you can rely and count on when you get lost and lose direction. And, this will greatly reduce your stress!
Develop a clear vision of your future
will greatly boost your internal motivation and energy, and allows you to spend your time wisely and not waste so much of it. Planning and having strategic goals will allow you to have mission, direction and purpose to your life.
Plan out your life direction and purpose
in the many different areas of your life. Take back control and shape, plan, and direct your life. Remember, the compass is more important that the clock or how fast you are going. This will help reduce overwhelm and confusion, leading to peace of mind as you will know that your are not wasting time. This will get you lite up and highly internally motivated to take on the world and make your dreams come alive.
Work towards things that are bigger than you!
Adopt the mindset of what can you get… to… what can you give, and contribute. Focus on serving others and build your social network, Help others, share your insights and knowledge. This will lead to fulfillment and satisfaction. Sharing of your wisdom can make one feel very significant and it truly makes a difference! You will matter.
Give to get. No strings attached. Break down the wall that keeps the hurt out as it also keeps the love out and prevents your love from impacting others. Now is the time to break down the wall and open your heart to the world.

You don’t have to be the leader
of a country, or an organization or someone with a great title to matter and make a difference; you can matter and have greater significance in your own family, social network and you can start today!
What is key to watch out for
and a common mistake many make is the idea that we should chase happiness. Chasing happiness doesn’t make you happy, this is misleading! This is how many others mislead you by by telling you to chase happiness. Chasing happiness doesn’t make you happy long term. It’s only short-term gratification! If you want deep internal happiness work on becoming more significant and making a bigger difference.
Living a life that Matters equals happiness. Contribution, sharing wisdom, helping others is what builds significance and builds deep internal happiness.
A better, more empowering question
you should be asking is… How can I make a bigger contribution and impact more people at a deeper level to have greater significance?
